Additionally, you can register on these Job Boards for vacancy alerts sent to you via email. You simply specify your requirements for the type of job, and you are then alerted immediately a vacancy that may be of interest is lodged on the Job Board.

A recent trend in internet recruitment is that employers and candidates are becoming very specific in their requirements, with a strong emphasis now on industry specific job boards. For example, there are Job Boards like JustEngineers focused solely on engineering vacancies and CWJobs focused on IT jobs. There has been an explosion of Job Boards into the industry specific segment and this will certainly continue to be the trend.
