Sports qualifications build new skills and enhance career prospects. Qualifications can be taken part-time or full-time at schools, colleges, universities or sports clubs.

Sports development is increasingly becoming a graduate profession. Entrants usually have a first degree in sports studies, sports science, physical education or recreation/leisure management. Minimum entry for degrees is five GCSE (A-C)/S grades (1-3) with two A levels/three H grades, or equivalent.

If you obtain vacancies that match more closely your skills, then you can be more confident in getting the job. This will come across in the interview and will hopefully be a major influence in you securing a job.
